Shipping and Returns

Order Fulfilment

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.
We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
In certain cases, order processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Public holidays and high-volume sale periods may cause slight delays, despite our best efforts to minimize them.
Occasionally, certain products may go out of stock due to large orders placed before our inventory is updated. In such instances, there may be a delay in shipping that specific item or your entire order.
If this situation arises, we will promptly notify you with an update on your order status.

Return & Refund Policy

At All Arabic, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic and genuine Arabic perfumes from renowned UAE brands.
Please, read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Perfumes are highly subjective, which is why we recommend that you carefully review the fragrance notes before making your purchase.
Therefore, once a product has been opened, tested, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or refunds will only be accepted in the case of damage (breakage or leakage) during shipping (Videos / Photos to be provided within 24 Hours of delivery at care@allarabic.in).

Packaging

All products are carefully bubble-wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
We receive the perfumes sealed as they come from the brand directly, and we do not open or tamper with the packaging.
Any minor imperfections, scratches, or marks on bottles or boxes are from the brand's own packaging and manufacturing process and their supply chain, All Arabic is not responsible for any minor issues.

Reporting Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged (broken/leaked) product, please follow these steps:

Email us at care@allarabic.in within 24 hours of delivery.
The subject of the email should be: Damaged Product Received #OrderID
Attach clear photos and videos showing the damage to both the outer packaging and the product.
If you do not report within 24 hours of delivery, your claim will stand invalid and our escalation team will not be able to help you in any way.

Resolution Time

Once we receive your email and evidence, our team will conduct a thorough inspection.
A resolution will be provided within 5 business working days.
During this process, our concerned team may contact you via email or WhatsApp for any clarification. Please be available in order to come up with a faster resolution.

Authenticity & Decants

All products sold on All Arabic are original and authentic.
Decants (small miniature samples) are hand-decanted by our team from the original bottles only.
We take great care to maintain the authenticity of every perfume we offer.

Important Notes

We take the utmost care in delivery of the products, but courier handling while the transit is beyond our control.
Claims for damage will only be considered with proper photo and video proof.
No claims will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
